Vexcel Pack manufactures a high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) food barrier sheet that is designed to give maximum protection against moisture, gas, food chemical changes and loss of flavour. The multi-layer plastic barrier sheet allows for hot-fill processing, while the thermo-formable barrier sheet can be used in form, fill and seal systems.

Sheets are made to meet individual specifications, with options in colours, strength and heat resistance.
